hthh://www.laughter World Laughter Day 2011 1st May everywhere!

Dr Santosh writes: I celebrated World Laughter Day 2010 in Leh, Ladakh (Boarder of India and Tibet). Here are a few photos. Smiling with young Lama, (Lamas and Monks believe in meditation and stillness, so there are big smiles only); Laughter dance with Leh Youth Club; Laughing with locals in Spic and Span Hotel.

This year celebrate wherever you are with a laugh or a chuckle, with friends or alone, and know that you are part of a world wide wave of laughter (hthh://www.laughter = hteeheehee://WorldWideWave of laughter)

Ethiopia National Laughter Day 2010

We celebrated this year in Nazret, central Ethiopia, just east of Addis Ababa.

We were treated to a speech from the South African consul, and visit from laughter facilitator Sarah and her son Ciaras (who is 14) from Scotland.

A presentation was made of a painting by Jessica from England who is 19 and who has been hospitalised, who uses laughter as an inspiration. See the youtube clip : http://www.youtube.com/user/mywriter?feature=mhum#p/u/0/Ndk5pIunQXE

Thanks go to the many supporters and sponsors including: Impact Computers, Yes Mineral Water, Archi Hotel Addis Ababa, Gift Real Estate, Dire International Hotel Nazret, Haset Wholesalers, Holland Car (for the big bus!), and others "showing a commitment to the power of laughter to help increase help and happiness and be a diplomacy pass key to bring people together", said World Laughter Master Belachew Girma.
